Automatic information. The website's hosting provider may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and abuse prevention. This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.

How this information is used

  • To follow up about scheduling, insurance, or other practical questions you raise

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

Who handles your information

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and processes form submissions. See Netlify's privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts serves the website's typography. Google may receive limited information (such as your IP and browser).
  • Form submissions are delivered by email to the practice owner.
Important security note: The website form is not encrypted end-to-end and is not HIPAA-compliant. Please do not share sensitive medical or mental health details through the form. Save those for our first conversation, where confidentiality is protected by professional ethics and law.
